Inner Cavea of the Theatre

Learning Point

  • The lower cavea, or seating section, was the not as steep as the other caveas. It had the same reduced number of staircases that allowed access to the different levels as the middle cavea, as well as one entrance (paradoses) from the imiddle section to the diazoma, or walkway, that existed at the foot of the cavea.

Inner Cavea

Lower Diazoma

(Walkway)
Average of 3 blocks wide, widening to 4 or 5 in the center
Suggested blocks:

For using the Oranj Cone Generator, set it to 76 wide and deep, 20 height and 10 thickness.
