  • To get to the Moon (or Mun in KSP), you need to boost out of an orbit aiming towards the moon. The curve this creates brings the ship close to the final position of the moon. Adjustments allow for fine tuning where the rocket will arrive, with a final orbit around the moon allowing the ship to safely arrive.
