class=\"class-box\">\r\n\t<ul>\n<li><strong>Bezalel<\/strong>&nbsp;was assigned to&nbsp;<strong>construct<\/strong>&nbsp;the Ark according to&nbsp;<strong>Jehovah&#8217;s design<\/strong>, with&nbsp;<strong>Oholiab assisting<\/strong>&nbsp;him.<\/li>\n<li>It was&nbsp;<strong>moved to the temple<\/strong>&nbsp;constructed by Solomon&nbsp;<strong>once it had been completed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The Ark&nbsp;<strong>didn&#8217;t protect<\/strong>&nbsp;the Israelites when&nbsp;<strong>disobedient<\/strong>, but was&nbsp;<strong>like Jehovah&#8217;s chariot<\/strong>&nbsp;when he was described as&nbsp;<strong>sitting above it<\/strong>&nbsp;in the&nbsp;<strong>Most Holy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It seems to have been&nbsp;<strong>moved from the temple<\/strong>&nbsp;on at least&nbsp;<strong>two occasions<\/strong>, once before&nbsp;<strong>King Josiah returned<\/strong>&nbsp;it, and the other around the time of the Babylonian&nbsp;<strong>destruction of Jerusalem<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>607 BCE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The Roman&nbsp;<strong>General Pompey<\/strong>&nbsp;confirmed that the Ark of the Covenant&nbsp;<strong>wasn&#8217;t in the temple<\/strong>&nbsp;in the year&nbsp;<strong>63 CE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
