class=\"class-box\">\r\n\t<ul>\n<li>The word &#8220;<strong>chocolate<\/strong>&#8221; comes from the <strong>Classical Nahuatl<\/strong> word <strong><em>xocol\u0101tl<\/em><\/strong>, meaning <strong>bitter <\/strong>(<strong><em>xoco<\/em><\/strong>) <strong>water <\/strong>(<strong><em>atl<\/em><\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Although much of the <strong>early history<\/strong> of chocolate comes from <strong>Central America<\/strong>, evidence now shows the <strong>cacao plant<\/strong> came <strong>from South America<\/strong> first.<\/li>\n<li>All of the <strong>people conquered<\/strong> by the <strong>Aztecs <\/strong>that grew cacao beans were <strong>ordered to pay<\/strong> cacao beans as a <strong>tax <\/strong>and so the cacao bean became a <strong>form of currency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Early pioneers in chocolate were people like Walter <strong>Churchman<\/strong> (grinding machinery), Joseph <strong>Fry <\/strong>(moulding chocolate), Coenraad <strong>van Houten<\/strong> (cheaper production), Daniel <strong>Peter <\/strong>(milk chocolate), Rodlophe <strong>Lindt <\/strong>(smoother chocolate), Henr\u00ed <strong>Nestl\u00e9 <\/strong>(early chocolate company), John <strong>Cadbury <\/strong>(early chocolate company), Milton S. <strong>Hershey <\/strong>(early chocolate
