Learning Point

  • Nazareth is a city in Galilee, the place where Jesus grew up, though not where he was born. A city today, the gospel of Luke describes it as a city in Roman times, but it doesn’t seem to have been a significant one at the time. Today the city has become the home of many Arabs as well as Christians.
